Lightroom CC says cloud storage is full at 105 gb and will not recognize my 1 TB plan.

Hi Adobe,

Title says it all. I am paying for a 1 TB plan but Lightroom CC says I have exceeded my 100 GB plan (currently 105 GB) and I need to upgrade. Upgrade link does not show the correct plan. Conversley, the Creative Cloud app says I have used 105 GB of my 1 TB.

What's going on and how to correct this?

Hi Eric, this is a user to user community. For some issues it will be necessary to contact Adobe directly. Click the following link and scroll down the page to Individual. Then click “Sign in to contact us” It should be possible to start an on-line chat with Adobe Support.
