Lightroom CC stuck "Syncing 3 Photo" for hours (Windows)

Hi guys

I'm using Lightroom CC 3.2.1. Since some weeks I have all my picture in the cloud. But since some days I can see following information (in German):

I can see "3 Fotos werden synchronisiert" (means 3 photos are syncing) since some days. If I try to filter...

The information is like "all picture are synchronized". But why I see 3 photos are in syncing? How can I find this three picture? How can I fix it?

How can I do following solution on Windows?
