Lightroom cc to lightroom classic

I am new to photography and lightroom, i had just got lightroom cc, but noticing on online tutorials and what not i see a lot of people using lightroom classic, and i see diffrent functions. Is there a way i can go from my lightroom cc membership to lightroom classic?

    Hi carlosc,

    If you already have a photography plan then Lightroom Classic CC is included in it. You just need to install it via Creative Cloud desktop app and start using it. If you don't have the photography plan and only subscribed to Lightroom CC then, you can change the plan to photography plan. (Includes: Photoshop CC, Lightroom Classic CC, Lightroom CC Desktop & Mobile version)

    Ok So if the LR Classic version does not show up on the Creative Cloud desktop app, how do we download? I will try form the website....

    Hi sally,

    You should see Lightroom Classic listed in Creative Cloud desktop app and that's the option to download it on your machine.

    If you are not a Creative Cloud subscriber, still you will see all the Adobe apps listed in Creative Cloud desktop app. You can download the trial versions as well.
