Lightroom CC Uploading/Syncing Slow on iOS

Hi guys, hope someone can help.

 

So I am having ridiculously slow upload speeds on my iPad. It is an iPad Pro 11" running iPad OS 13.4. My internet is completely fine (tested over 300mbps). But for some reason, the uploading is ridiculously sluggish.

 

I imported a bunch of photos from last weekend and it is still taking forever. I don't even know how long each photo is taking but its over 30mins each. For some reason, the percentage to the right of the photos pending is increasing without the number of pending photos going down?

 

Any advice?
