Lightroom CC will not compress to large JPGS during export and when it does it duplicates files?

For about two weeks now I have been having trouble exporting large jpgs from lightroom cc it either hangs up or when it does export it will export multiples of the same file. I can't seem to make it work. I have removed presets during launch. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have been online with Adobe chat twice and thought the problem was solved until I tried to download more than 6 files more like 1400 and that is where the problem sets in.Has anyone else run into this and how did you fix it?
