Let's have a look at your system info to understand what we're working with. From Help> System info> Copy and paste the contents into a text file and attach it to your response. Also, could you please tell me when you started noticing this issue, maybe after an update to the application or the OS? Attaching relevant screenshots or a screen recording to your response would be really helpful. You can share via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another public file-sharing platform with your response.
