Lightroom Classic to/from Lightroom (Cloud-based)

I am trying to get my Lightroom Classic to accept my photos from Lightroom (cloud-based).  I try to creat clollections, in Lightroom Classic, but my cloud in Lightroom Classic is "greyed out".  When I make the "New Colllection" in Lightroom Classic, the sync with Lightroom does not show up.  My photos are stored on my D drive and not my C drive.

Has anyone run into this before and if so how did you make it to work?

If you could activate syncing with the Cloud icon in Lr-Classic, then the download of all files in the Cloud willl be automatic if you have an internet connection. You do not need to make new collections for this to happen.

Why would the Cloud icon be greyed out? Do you run Lr-Classic v14.2? (The sync process requires v13.3 or higher.)

"photos are stored on my D drive and not my C drive"-  The destination for the photos that automatically sync down is a default folder package that is better changed to the folder you want on D drive. The destination Folder can be set in Preferences/Sync tab.

Do you use multiple catalogs? You can only Sync ONE designated catalog. Is it possible you have another catalog that you marked to sync?
