Lightroom Classic v.9.0.0.8AFC9B/112

Hi, I'm using Lightroom app on my phone and FLTR presets always work fine but now it seems to be applying an Orange / Yelloe Hue on everything after I apply a preset. 
My subscription is still active so I assume it is some kind of bug? 
How can this be fixed?
