Lightroom Closed immediately after loading

Hi, i recently switch to the business version of Adobe suite that my workplace provided.  when i open Lightroom, it shut down immediately after loading  screen, gone without any appear reason and error. and it just happened for this app other CC work perfectly. i asked my admin and he said that it is not from our side.

do you guys have any solution for this problem?
