Lightroom Cloud based crashing when using masking tool

Recently whenever I use Lightroom it will crash no matter what when clicking on the masking tool. It buffers for a second to detect the background and then instantly crashes.

 

I have tried uninstalling both lightroom and adobe and re-installing it and re-downloading the older version and it still crashed no matter what. 

 

The report says - <crash exception="EXCEPTION_UNKNOWN" exceptionCode="0x7422207b" instruction="0x2D32312D33323032">

 

Is there any way to solve this?

 

I have gotten a new laptop brand new specs that is up to par with Adobes recommendations.

    Update!

    Went through the Adobe IT support it was just the graphics card needing to be changed to the NVIDIA as the primary.
