Lightroom Cloud data missing

Guys I have an account that has a subscription and it just ended. I can't renew it because it was through the administrator which I have no contact with anymore. All my work is on here and I can't take it off and switch it to my other account. If I can someone please show me. I'm boutta crash out.

Hey, @august_2074. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've reviewed your account used for the Community and the details you shared in your post. I'll help you figure this out. 

 

You have three profiles (Business and personal) for each of your accounts. Your data of about 300+ GBs is in one of the profiles that does not have an active subscription. You can learn more about Profiles in your account here: https://adobe.ly/4pjaASw

 

You can use the Incognito browser window to log in to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4bhaHrb), and at the sign-in stage, you can use the business profile. However, there isn't an account-level option that you can use to move your data from one account to another. 

 

Please consult with your institute that manages your subscription to see if you can get your subscription renewed and data correctly migrated. That is probably the best/fastest way to resolve this.
