Lightroom Cloud Import and Edit to Photoshop

Hello everyone!

I'm having a problem regarding exporting a photos and editing it in photoshop. It is stuck in "Opening in Photoshop" for quite some time. Photoshop app is opening after I press cmd+e or to edit in photoshop but nothing is happening. I tried reinstalling everything but no luck. Any resolution for this?
