Lightroom cloud library lost after migration

My Adobe account was recently switched by our organisation to single sign on. My account is technically the same but it seems the Lightroom CC library isn't included with the file archive.

Is there a way of recovering this?

What do you mean by Lightroom CC? There is no software by this name, and Adobe has done a great job of confusing people with their changing of software names and similarity of names. Are you using Lightroom (Lr icon) or Lightroom Classic (LrC icon)?

Lightroom, the one that suncs across mobile etc.
