Lightroom Cloud Not Responding

I have no idea what is happening but my lightroom will open and within a few secconds shut itself down forcing me to quit the app and try again. If it loads in properly I can only sort through images and add a preset because when I go to edit images it wont let me scroll down the tool bar past the color section. Any help would be appreciated!
