Lightroom cloud preset not importing

I’m having trouble adding a preset to my picture is it because I have to many preset in the cloud it won’t change I waited for 5 minutes n nothing happened is it because I have to many in the cloud?

    Hey, ​@photosoldier860. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

    Does this happen with a specific preset or a group of presets? Did you create these presets in an older version of Lightroom, or did you download them from the Internet? Were they working before you updated to Lightroom, and did they stop working afterward? 

     

    As a test, create a new preset instead of importing one, and see how it goes.
