Lightroom (Cloud) Preset Organization

Am I complatly missing something?  I have hundreds of presets and orgainzing them in the most recent version of Lightroom is a nightmare.  

1) I have to go each individual preset by preset to move it to a new folder?

2) When importing presets I cannot name the folder for them?  They all clump under "user presets"?

This seems like a crazy, ineffecient way to organize this information.  What am I missing?
