Hi, I upgraded the Lightroom cloud storage from the basic up to the 1gb just two days ago, but after trying the storage part in more depth I'm not sure I like what I see and the way it works, is it possible to downgrade back to my basic photographers package or would I get charged for it

Contact customers services and they should be able to do that. I think as it's within 14 days, you should be able to downgrade without penalty.
