Lightroom Cloud Sync

I am having an issue with my photo not syncing to the cloud. It has been trying to upload for a few weeks now and I am afraid one day I will lose my work. Is this a known issue? Is there a way to fix this? I have dne some research and one post said to flag or rate your work. After that it will recognize a change and begin to upload. Still nothing...

 

Please help.

Check https://lightroom.adobe.com if there is a sync issues folder there. If not, quit Lightroom and reopen it. It should start uploading the image.

I have restarted it, chcked for photos that may be hung up, deleted photots, checked for updates, and so on. It is still not working. I wish there was a number to a person that could look into it.
