Lightroom Cloud sync issues

For a while now, I have suddenly had a problem uploading to the cloud on my Mac. Lightroom indicates that I have over 456TB of cloud storage of which I have only used 450 gb. I have tried all sorts of things, thinking about a reinstall. However, the problem remains. On my iphone the cloud sync just fine. How can I fix this?

Your Adobe ID tracks back to a Federated account, which contains two components - a personal login and a federated login. You must be logged into the Federated ID to use the storage (currently 460 GB/1024 GB). Please ensure you are using the Federated option when logging into the Creative Cloud Desktop.
