Lightroom cloud sync issues after Mac OS update to 13.

Dear Support Community,
after updating my Mac to Mac OS 13 there are some problems with cloudbased Lightroom, after I open the app is shows the window which says: "Update...Migration is in process" and there's been no reaction for a long time. I tried deinstalation - it didn’t help. When I log on to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) - I see all my photos there as usual. Could you please help me with this problem?
