Lightroom Cloud Version freezes when left idle for more than 5 min

So everytime I leave lightroom idle for more than 5 min it freezes or it works but really really slow then start clocking and I have to force quit. I don't even try getting it to work now if I come back to it after 5 min or so, I just automatically force quit then start back up. But half the time it won't save the last few edits I did to the photo before leaving it idle and theres not manual save so I have to see what it erased and go from there. Its incredibly frustrating. It also is taking a week to sync one photo so that's also sucky. 

HEEEEEEELLLLLPPPP!!! 

And yes I've talked to customer service and they had me delete everything in my "sync issues" folder and that seemed to help with the quitting part, but not the freezing AT ALL.

    I've got the same issue. I leave my Mac on all day and when I return after a while, Lightroom will still be open but I can't open any files, view files, save, etc. I then need to close it, and in most cases Force Quit it. This happens consistently every single time. Super annoying.
