lightroom conflict with win10

Which Lightroom are you referring to, is it Lightroom Desktop or Lightroom Classic? Has this started since a recent update of Lightroom or the operating system?

Try opening Lightroom by right-clicking and selecting 'Run as Administrator' as the first step.

• If you are working on Lightroom Classic, try resetting your Lightroom preferences:

• If you are working with Lightroom Desktop. Go to the following location:

  • C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom CC
  • Rename the Lightroom CC folder as 'Lightroom CC.old' (add .old at the end)

If Lightroom still crashes, please open Event Viewer from Windows Search.

• Go to Windows Logs > Application Logs & look for Error & Warning logs.
