Lightroom Crashes After Making Mask

I got Lightroom today and am running Lightroom 7.4 on Windows 10. The app crashes every time I make a mask(or very soon after). This only happens when I make a mask. Any idea about what could be causing this and how to fix it?

What version of Lightroom & the operating system are you working on? Is there a crash report pop-up when Lightroom crashes?
