Correct answer johnrellis

"Graphics Processor Info: DirectX: Intel(R) HD Graphics 630 (27.20.100.8854)"

That graphics driver is four years old. Before reposting in the right forum, go directly to Intel.com and update to the most recent driver. If the error still occurs, then repost.

You should post this in the Lightroom (Ecosystem) forum, not in this forum which is the Lightroom Classic forum.
