Lightroom crashing immediately after opening

Running on Windows 11, all drivers up to date, I'm so confused...

Lightroom is Version 8.3, and it crashes a second after starting the app. No error messages, no nothing. Just closes. I've tried running it as administrator, nope. Actually dumbfounded.
