Lightroom Crashing on Pixel devices

I’m really frustrated and need some advice. I signed up for the annual Lightroom subscription, but it doesn’t work on my Pixel phone because of a bug that’s clearly still not fixed. I’ve waited for updates, but nothing seems to work, and I can’t use the app at all.

I’m paying Adobe not just for the software, but for the developers and support to keep it working properly. Yet here I am, paying for something that doesn’t work on my device, and they still haven’t managed to fix a bug that’s been reported for a long time. Honestly, it’s disappointing that this hasn’t been resolved yet.

Has anyone successfully gotten a refund in situations like this? Any guidance would be really appreciated.
