El programa tiene bloqueado el "Añadir Fotos", no puedo editar en la app de escritorio

Hi there,

 

Sorry that you cannot add images to Lightroom desktop as the "Add images" menu in grayed out.

 

Which exact version of Lightroom desktop are you using? Check under Help> System info.

Hola, la versión que tengo es "Versión de Lightroom: 4.1 x64 (Nov 23 2020)". Revise la información que se indica en mi caso no es una licencia corporativa, tengo el plan individual anual, con pago mensual al día. hace dos 4 días atrás podía utilizar la versión de escritorio, lo actualice y ya no puedo añadir fotos.

Would you mind resetting the Lightroom app preferences to default? Press and hold the Shift + Option + Delete keys.(Mac) or Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys while
starting Lightroom. A dialog box should appear asking you restore the preferences.
