Lightroom (desktop app-Windows 10) Crashing

I've been having trouble with my Lightroom (desktop app - Windows 10) crashing/becoming non-responsive while editing. Once it crashes, of course, I lose all the edits on the photo I was working in. The only think new to my computer is that I downloaded ON 1 EFFECTS (stand alone app). Does anyone know if having that app installed interferes with Lightroom in any way?

Hey, @My Fair London. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. In Lightroom, without opening edit tools, go to Help > System Info > Copy & paste the content of this window in a response here.

 

Is there a crash report when Lightroom crashes? Please submit the crash reports to us: https://adobe.ly/48ISSiy

 

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor > Set it off if it is on Custom or Auto. If this shows you any differences, please check this article to troubleshoot further: https://adobe.ly/3OflA2t
