Lightroom Desktop file missing / corrupt / modified after import error message.

Desktop on the left, web on the right. The pics are there, they are fine. They are showing up in my phone just fine. Desktop app is having a fit. It's not all photos, but most. No pattern that I can see. I haven't made any edits to the images.  I got a new phone - this image is from new phone, but old phone images are broken too. Images shared from LRC are broken... I've uninstalled and reinstalled, tried different versions. Is there something corrupted on my hard drive I need to throw away? I do sync it LRC but I've never had this issue before.
