Lightroom Desktop missing when creating adobe package?

I was creating a new adobe package for our deployment and noticed that Lightroom Classic is there but not Lightroom CC.  Is Lightroom Desktop still around or discontinued?

As can be seen in attached screenshot of the Creative Cloud App, Lightroom Desktop is still around. Unfortunatley, I can't help regarding how to obtain the packages though.
