Lightroom Desktop not syncing with Mobile

Hey Folks, 

 

I ran into this problem just after updating Lightroom from the Adobe Cloud on 12/07/2020.

 

What's happening is after editing photo's on my Samsung Note, I can start up my Laptop (Windows), Run Lightroom, and the Album shows no changes. Its like I didnt just delete 100 photos, or edit the remaining photos that are in there. 

 

Right now I have 93 edited photo's on my phone, and 170 UnEdited Photos on my Laptop. 

 

I've avoided Uninstalling Lightroom on my Laptop, just because I'm afraid losing all of my presets. I've checked the sync on Both devices, no errors. I've checked the Cloud, which shows 170 photo's. I've removed a photo just to see if it would kick something into gear with no luck as well. 

 

What's next to get these two devices to start syncing?
