Lightroom Desktop RAW vs JPG

I have a specific group of pictures that are all JPG. 

I only shoot RAW, and have only ever selected RAW or RAW + JPEG on my Sony A6400. 

All imported photos via SD Card to iMac slot. These pictures were RAW and now they're JPG. I've never converted to JPG. 

What could have caused this? The "revert to original" option is now gone.
