Hi. I purchased a LightRoom subscription. Installed the Creative Cloud and the LR app in it and it says its installed correctly. Im running on a MacBook Pro 16 from 2019 with MacOs Ventura. The LR does not open. I tried reinstalling the Creative Cloud twice already, changed the SLCache and SLStore folders names to SLCacheold and SLStoreold and it did not change anything. I dont know whatelse to do. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

If you are trying to use the cloud-centric version of Lightroom (version 6.2), is the default install language setting in the Creative Cloud app's Preferences>Apps tab set to something other than English? There have been some reported problems with some other languages, so setting the preference to English then uninstalling and re-installing could be the temporary solution.

Does your Mac fulfil the minimum requirements?

You installed Lightroom, not Lightroom Classic, right? If not, try this.
