Lightroom does not recognize my subscription.

I have a Creative Cloud Subscription and all Aplications work, just Lightroom on my Desktop and on my Smartphone are not working, if i press the button to renew a window pops up where it says "Lightroom is ready to use" when i klick ok nothing changes.

Hi. Your Educational Creative Cloud memeber ship does not include the Lightroom service. Please read this article
