Lightroom, doesn't it acknowledge my payment that I I paid in Galaxy so I can't open it. Any ideas

Lightroom, doesn't it acknowledge my payment that I I paid in Galaxy so I can't access the better functions Any ideas?

The respective app store manages subscriptions from the mobile app store. You can contact their support channels if you've been charged already.
