Lightroom Dowload for Ipad on ios9.3.5

hello authorities. Lightroom has been of a great help till now in my editing and post processing. I have had lightroom mobile and now was thinking to download it on my ipad. But the appstore says it cannot ge downloaded below ios11 and the problem is i cannot install ios11 in my ipad. So please suggest a way to dowload lightroom for ipad on ios9.3.5

Unfortunately I think it maybe time to upgrade the iPad if possible.

I have an old iPad 2, running iOS9, with Lightroom on it. The Lightroom version is 2.7 (I think) and it barely loads and won’t update.

The current app would be engineered for the latest operating systems, and I assume some functions wouldn’t work on iOS9 anyway.
