Lightroom Downloader for MAC stops at 99%

It took me approx. 45 hours to download 480.7 GB, but 1.8 GB are still missing. The downloader does not finish. Instead, it keeps at 99% and does not do anything at all. I have halted and continued several times and waited sometimes hours in between but nothing changes.

What has gone wrong?
