Lightroom Downloader Version 1.0.5-20220504.116-64f8d2b Stalling at 16% and not resumimg

Hi,

I'm trying to download my Lightroom photos from Adobes cloud storage. I'm using the Adobe Downloader app Version 1.0.5-20220504.116-64f8d2b. I can log in using my Adobe ID. I logged in, and it displayed the correct amount of photos on my account; I picked a destination folder and started downloading. The app had lost connection a few times with the server (I checked network traffic for the app), so I rebooted the app, resynced it, and then continued downloading where it had left off. However, it reached 16% and is no longer syncing. I rebooted the system and app and logged back in and out, but it's not budging. Any help in troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.
