lightroom edit features in windows do not load

Question

I have been editing photos in my lightroom account for quite sometime now. The last couple of days, when I try to load the edit features to edit photos, the features just load. I have 2 clients waiting on albulms, please help!

It would be helpful if you could elaborate on the issue you're experiencing and share a video of what's happening so that we can understand things better.

Also, go to the Help menu in Lightroom, then System Info, and copy the text. You can share the text with us by pasting it here as a reply here or in a text file and sharing the file with us.
