Lightroom editing

When I'm editing pictures in Lightroom on Android (one plus 12 with all latest software and updates), the result is leaving patchy colour circles. Why? It's ruining my posts on instagram.

Hey, @Sauzz_108. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.

What exact version of Lightroom and Android OS are you working on?

 

Before troubleshooting, ensure you're working on the latest version of Lightroom Android v9.5 & later via Google Play or Samsung App Store. Does the image appear as expected when you export to your device instead of Instagram? Use Export As to save the images to your device in the quality of your choice.

 

What you're seeing is also referred to as banding, and it can happen due to compression. Instagram aggressively compresses the image when you upload it.

 

Try exporting 1350px on the long side as JPEG and 100% quality, and check how it goes.
