Lightroom ERRO

Fiz o download do Lightroom, porém, ao abrir o programa logo em seguida ele apresenta um erro para ser reportado e o programa fecha automaticamente. Já desinstalei e instalei novamente, não possui nenhum erro de compatibilidade do sistema mas o programa não abre de jeito nenhum. Alguém já passou por isso pode me ajudar?
