Lightroom error - Error with registration PUT

Today i started a lightroom, but this error message appears. how do i deal with that?

Hello, i solved it. idk but somehow ip security policies in local security policy blocked 127.0.0.1. I deleted it and i can launching my lightroom. thanks!

Which version of Lightroom and Windows are you using? When are you getting this error?

You can try changing your network connection.

Please review: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html, and make sure you have no network restrictions on these domains and ports.
