Lightroom export

Lightroom freezes when exporting photos sometimes and have to reboot to get to work again, Also if i duplicate a photo it then duplicates it but then after a minute it says nothing is in the folder and i even load a different folder and come back and it shows nothing there, so i have to reboot it again. Very annoying when your a photographer trying to get clients their pictures in a timely manner.
