Lightroom export to Iphone bad quality

Question

Hello guys, please help me !!! So I bought a Mac to edit better and everything is fine and works perfectly but when I export it as TIFF, the best quality for later Social Media, it only has 2-3 Mega Pixels on my Phone when downloading it. Normally my edited pictures (Lightroom Mobile) they have 24 MP like the camera... And I don't know what to do because I already tried everything...

Are the export settings on Largest Available Dimensions? Maybe post a screenshot of your export settings so a member of the community can help further.

To clarify....
Export as a Tiff from Lightroom Desktop is High Red

Export as a Tiff from Lightroom Mobile is Low Res (but is normally High Res)

If that correct? Is the he quality difference noticeable or are you just concerned about the file size?
