Lightroom exports my photos but when I go to view them they are not a supported file.

Hello, I'm a photographer and it's been a while since I did a shoot. I finally did one finshed my photos and what not exported the photos went well....then I went to my file on my computer and it says it is not supported. I do put my photos on a hard drive but never had this issue happen before when exporting them to a file on the hard drive anythoughts.
