Lightroom file sharing doesn't work

Hi there, my team uses Lightroom and we share our folders, however when I try to access a folder my teammate has shared with me, it says that it isn't available at the moment (even though I have previously been able to look at it and edit the pictures). Has anybody had the same problem?
