Lightroom flickers between frozen and not responding.

Question

As the Title saids. Lightroom flickers between frozen and not responding. I am on a high end system, i91400k 4070 super 12 gb 32gb of ram, so this shouldn't be happening. Windows and drivers are up to date.

Are you still experiencing the same behavior? If yes, does it happen when you launch or while editing? Can you go to the Help menu in Lightroom, then System Info, and copy the text? You can share the info with us by either pasting it as a reply here or in a text file and sharing the file with us.

You can try re-installing the app to see if that makes any difference.
