I keep getting the following error message but with no link and no way to resolve the issue:

Lightroom cannot fix the permission issue for you automatically. Please check the link below to learn more and correct the problem manually. Lightroom might no work correctly if you continue without correcting the issues.

Please post a screenshot of the exact message, in case this is another problem then I think it is.

This sounds like a Lightroom Classic problem, not a Lightroom problem, that occurs when the destination for synced images gets reset to your Users folder. That folder is out of limits to Lightroom Classic, even if you have given it 'full disk access'. You must change the destination in Preferences - Lightroom Sync.

Have you given Lightroom full disk access in MacOS?  Use the same method as described for Lr-CLassic in this link-

FULL DISK ACCESS PERMISSIONS

The Lightroom Library.lrlibrary folder may not have full Read/Write permissions.

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.3, Photoshop 27.5, ACR 18.3, Lightroom 9.3, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.3 .
