Lightroom Folders and photos disappeared

Hi,

All my photos and the folders I created have disappeared. Subscription is up to date. What happened?

Are you using Lightroom, or Lightroom Classic? If you use Lightroom, then perhaps you are logged in with a different account. If you are using Lightroom Classic, then perhaps a catalog upgrade made Lightroom Classic lose the connection to the existing catalog, and so it created a brand new one.

I use Lightroom. I have only *ONE* account.

I don't work for Adobe, so I can only suggest possible explanations. I cannot investigate anything. Lightroom stores its images in the cloud. Did you perhaps select the 'Local' option? That is an option to browse locally stored images, so if you have that option selected and selected a folder that does not contain any images, then this may explain it. Click the Cloud tab and everything should be there again.
