Question

Lightroom for IPad, sliders jump when I let go

When I go to move a slider like contrast for example, I typically click and hold somewhere on that slider that doesn’t cover the circle so I can see where it’s moving, but when I let go now the value jumps usually by around 5.

So I click and drag with my finger starting on the line (not the circle), I drag my finger to let’s say +6 contrast, and when I let go it jumps to +11. Doesn’t happen when I click and hold right on the circle but is just a little annoying that how it used to be.

@Sameer K I’m getting this too on my iPhone, I don’t use an iPad buy the same thing, sometimes it jumps way more than 5, sometimes 10-12. So frustrating! I’m on version 11.2.2. Also the crop tool is jumping and not as smooth as before.

    Hi @nikcotten9,

Thanks for reporting this. Please try updating to the latest version of Lightroom mobile (v11.3.1) and check if the issue persists.

Also, if possible, please share a short screen recording showing the slider jump behavior
and confirm whether you’re using touch only, Apple Pencil, or any external input.

Once we have that, we can take it forward.

    Best,
    Anshul Saini

Hey, @GabeSuazo. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more information to help you figure this out.

Please share more details, including the Lightroom version, the mobile OS, and video recordings of your Lightroom workflow. Are you using a stylus or an external mouse?

Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks!
    Sameer K
